The Role Responsibilities Business
Manage and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure we are delivering for the function Lead on the development and implementation of communications strategies to drive the refreshed Operations Strategy and transform the ways of working in Operations and the wider Bank through Client Journeys Advise on positioning, presentation and timing of CJ initiatives and proof points. Ensure that tone of voice, messaging, and behaviours are aligned with the Operations narrative and the Bank's corporate narrative when we engage and communicate. Prepare messaging for senior stakeholders within the Operations function. Engage with the client journey teams across markets to ensure successes are contextualised and communicated
· Support Operations SCP on delivering communications, including designing and input into collaterals that required for the programmes.
Write and deliver high quality internal communications content and ensure we are telling an effective story about our Strategy and cultural transformation as we engage staff. Manage vendors, storyboarding and editing for video and digital content.
· Work with Operations SCP to anticipate, flag and identify potential issues and consider these in communications planning and execution. · Work with Operations SCP, CTC and IC teams to ensure coherence and the representation of both the leader and employee voice in relevant change programmes. · Work with SCPs, IC Team and CABM Region/Country Network to ensure the communications programmes are created and executed in-step with ongoing 'BAU' communications activities/strategy Regulatory & Business Conduct
