Key Responsibilities of Lead Data Analyst, Advanced Analytics in Singapore:

  • Work with the Analytics team to drive and deliver on Advanced Analytics for the firm
  • Support and build the firm's advanced analytics capabilities
  • Use Analytics insights to drive business insights to help support and drive business performance
  • Work with business stakeholders to drive integration and adoption of analytic insights into business processes
  • Review analytics initiatives and identify ways to integrate analytics solutions across business functions and geography
  • Provide group level support to the extended Analytics team across Asia
  • Handle application of the advanced analytics models on structured and unstructured data
  • Build data marts to enhance the analytics models

Key Requirements of Associate, Advanced Analytics with the Insurance Firm in Singapore:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, data analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related analytics work
  • Strong technical proficiency across SQL, SAS, Python and R
  • Experience in techniques such as Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees or related work
  • Experience in Qlik and Tableu for data visualisation is a plus
