About This Role We are looking for new team members to join our Watch Incident Coordination and Preparedness arm of TD's Fusion Centre. You will provide subject matter expertise ininternal and external incident coordination and preparedness including the identification of key learnings, tracking and follow up for remediation progress. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Watch Incident Coordination and Preparedness.

Coordinate incident response with core Fusion Centre partners during active information security events / incidents, by facilitating calls, minute taking and tracking of action items.
Engage key stakeholders to conduct a detailed internal assessment of TD's readiness against the same scenario experienced by the external party.
Translate technical information security impacts from a diverse audience to capture minutes and action items.
Support and maintain Fusion Centre incident response plans, playbooks (internal and external), and comprehensive list of Fusion Centre partners required for response.
Prepare and facilitate effective table top exercises to drive Fusion Centre improvements.
Conduct and prepare appropriate analysis and reporting on the outcome of incidents and exercises including the tracking of findings, issues and associated action plans.
Provide ongoing education and awareness sessions to brief key Fusion Centre stakeholders on key improvements / modifications driven by the ongoing analysis of exercises and incidents.
Provide support and consulting for Audits, help compose management responses and appropriate remediation activities for Watch.
Adhere to policies, procedures, technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.
Contribute to internal activity and process review, flag windows for improvement.
Provide oversight, guidance and counsel on the appropriate and effective conduct of incidents and exercises.
Manage relationships with other technology/business/corporate/control functions.
Assess, identify and escalate issues appropriately.

Information Security Certification / Accreditation an asset.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge of technology incident coordination and preparedness with the ability to provide timely analysis and documentation for incident and exercise reporting.
Understanding of TD's organizational structure, infrastructure, products and services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to exercise judgment and to communicate complex issues in a clear, simple and/or understandable manner.
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with varying priority levels.
