Who we are looking for We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to support our Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) team in Munich. The ICAAP team is part of the global Enterprise Risk Management department. It is responsible for the bank's ICAAP, defines the standards according to which the ICAAP is carried out and coordinates the annual and regular capital adequacy assessments. Working closely together with teams in Finance and Treasury it plays an integral role in the overall risk management of the bank.

What you will be responsible for As Senior Risk Analyst you will
Develop and maintain standards for the ICAAP, including relevant IT governance, in the normative and the economic perspective
Coordinate parts of the production of the annual ICAAP and perform ad hoc assessments of capital needs, such as for new products
Support the development of plausible stress test scenarios to explore the bank's key vulnerabilities, drawing on expertise from business departments
Oversee regular ICAAP reporting to senior management, including a profound understanding of the main drivers
Help to ensure that the ICAAP approach is in line with regulatory requirements and support the bank in the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP)
Answer to internal and external audits on ICAAP

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in ICAAP, or in a related field such as capital planning/management
Several years of relevant experience, preferably at a bank supervised by the European Central Bank (ECB)
Previous experience in risk modelling, stress testing and project management
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and the risk framework connected to capital adequacy, experience in communication with regulators (e.g. ECB)
Fluency in German and English
