Job Purpose This role will be responsible for owning and managing the web and social media channels for the UK and the US as well as playing a key part in managing the insights / thought leadership sections of our global site and engineering global campaign pages and other global content which can be rolled out locally.
Take ownership of all web and local social media channels for the UK and the US. This will include working closely with the country marketing teams to agree the strategy and relevant initiatives. Specific responsibilities will include the following o Build content and publishing for the US and UK websites o Drive and implement SEO into all content and digital channels o Develop and implement content strategies for paid social media on corporate channels Linked In and Twitter (targeting local audiences), working with corporate channel owner and local marketing managers o Work in conjunction with the brand and advertising team to ensure that SEO and PPC strategies are fully integrated and optimised to drive results. o Take responsibility for analytics and QA of local sites. This will include tagging content and websites, as well as monitoring and reporting on web & social channels and content activities, feeding data and insights into the insights teams and campaign dashboards, and using data to enhance and improve the digital ecosystem.
Working closely with the editor, manage actively the Insights / thought leadership sections of the global site, playing a key role in curating the content and ensuring that we feature the most important pieces of content at any given time
Responsible for creating global campaign pages in conjunction with the global campaign team as well as defining campaign website governance (publishing pages on a hidden site and coordinating how that is delivered onto country language sites)
For all digital and social media initiatives, working with the relevant internal teams as appropriate: analyse business needs and set relevant KPIs. Propose the most appropriate digital / social media experience and action plan to achieve the goals, including (but not limited to): o Web experience: organic and paid search recommendations, analytics and reporting needs, accessibility needs, UX/UI, platform evolutions. o Social media experience: recommendations of channel strategy (working with social media team and social media agency), creation of relevant editorial content for social channels, scheduling, promoting via internal social media ambassadors and paid social activity, in line with AXA IM's social media strategy. o Ensure digital and social media strategy is rolled out effectively across all relevant channels and markets (working with the wider team and country digital agencies and web & social media managers as needed) o Develop the process and managing publishing for hidden sites, co-ordinating how this is delivered onto country language sites o Work in conjunction with the brand and advertising team to ensure that PPC strategies are fully integrated and optimised to drive results.
Liaising and manage relationships with relevant partner agencies, briefing them, discussing objectives / challenges / KPIs and implementing recommendations. Agencies will include: SEO, digital, social media and UX design. The role will also be responsible for managing outsourcing web solutions and liaison/coordination with all countries, ensuring we share best practices and leverage where appropriate.
Work as the liaison between tech, country marketing, central marketing and corporate web manager to deliver project plan and key milestones and ensuring delivery to deadline.
