As an Associate Director in our M&A Lead Advisory team your impact will be seen by:Â
Leading the execution of sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, strategic reviews, IPOâ€™s and post-merger integration M&A activitiesÂ
Influencing and contributing to the decision making of key senior stakeholders through presentations and communications on deals proposals and structures
Collaborating with specialists across a range of disciplines (such as legal, tax and transaction services) to deliver an integrated deals solution for our clients
Harnessing stakeholder relationships developed through transaction execution and strong deal flow to be a key part of the origination of further M&A activitiesÂ
About you Â
You have a background in M&A lead advisory with transactions experience in a client-facing role. You may be looking to move from an investment bank, boutique consulting or corporate finance firm and want to combine the benefits of flexibility with engaging and complex M&A transactions. Negotiating and influencing outcomes for our clients, youâ€™ll leverage your modelling and financial analysis skills and have strong business nous.Â
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, youâ€™re ready to help our Deals team deliver innovative solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from origination through to deal completion.
