This role will be accountable for:
Risk Management transformation within Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS) through the development of audit/compliance oversight and governance function
Build and operation of an audit lifecycle management program
Proactive risk management framework and the development of a risk-aware culture for ITS
Aligning key stakeholders to establish strong business partnerships and solid integrity throughout the enterprise
Ensure audit findings and control gaps are managed appropriately within committed timelines.
Responsible executive for all business technology risk management for TD Infrastructure Technology Solutions
Leverage core technology risk functions to provide aggregate segment technology risk position inclusive of asset/process Risk Assessment, Control Effectiveness, Issues Mgmt, Audit/Regulatory position and Emerging Risks. Drive appropriate risk reduction actions through Technology Risk Council activities
Support overall TRIMS goals for protecting the bank and customers
Lead BTRMs to provide guidance to manage technology risk; Measure tech controls and ensure risk is within TD's risk appetite
Escalation point for Infrastructure Technology Solutions
Report technology control health through TD's risk governance process
Execute on a Talent Strategy to ensure BTRM has the necessary skills
Drive transformational change & a culture of innovation & agility within TD's security capabilities and broader technology defense-in-depth strategies
Provide thought leadership with regards to technology risk and Cyber trends and their impact on the Enterprise and line of business
Consistently deliver on productivity and service targets
