Evaluate and perform risk assessment on potential sanctions hits causing form name and transaction screening in compliance and strictly under internal regulations.
Provide advisory support for internal stakeholders on sanctions and business-related issues as Subject Matter Expert
Responsible for sanctions maintenance watchlist
Conduct testing on screening system on timely basis and conduct report base on the result
Support management to prepare training materials (Sanctions)
Support ad-hoc projects (AML/CFT related) as assigned.
Bachelor's degree holder majoring in Law, Finance, accounting or any other related disciplines with at least 5 years solid experience in sanctions compliance.
Sound knowledge of AAMLLP, CAMLP holder will be a bonus.
Familiar with trade finance transactions and relevant business
Sound knowledge in global sanctions rules e.g. EU, UN, OFAC etc.
Presentable, with strong analytical mindset and great interpersonal skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English is a must
