Our Colonial First State Operations teams provide customer contact center and administration support for investors, advisers and employers in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Our Change and Communications team focus on supporting change governance, change management/advisory, knowledge management governance as well as learning design and development.
About your role
Reporting into our Senior Manager, Change & Communications, your role as Change and Communications Manager will be to deliver effective communications and change support so that our customer contact centre and administration support for investors, advisers and employers are equipped to consistently provide our members with positive outcomes.

Experience in applying change management methodologies and concepts (preferably Prosci. ADKAR) to support projects and business initiatives
Experience working in a project environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines/schedules
Experience in developing presentations and other communications for senior stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with business stakeholders and the ability to influence outcomes and agree priorities
Exceptional written communications skills with the ability to simplify complex, technical information for internal stakeholders.
Proven capability to provide innovative and creative thinking.
An understanding of the financial services industry - i.e. platforms, investment markets and advice businesses
Excellent verbal communication and relationship management skills to negotiate the best outcome for the customer.
Strong organisational skills, proven capability to implement initiatives and 'get things done', with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to collaborate 'up', 'down', 'across' and 'into' the businesses and develop strong relationships.
A relevant degree/qualification(s) - desirable
