Working within RAMS as a Risk Manager within Retail Credit Policy and Portfolio Management, you will contribute to our vision to be one of the world's great service companies, helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow.
In this role you will,
Establish and maintain "best practice" risk management processes and techniques that support the stated risk appetite, product and customer strategy
Review and write policy, manage approvals and the governance process for both internal and regulatory driven policy changes.
Provide information and support to various forums, committee meetings, and projects as a key subject matter expert and produce various regular and ad-hoc artefacts for the same.
Use analysis of portfolio trends to help drive policy decisions and achieve portfolio performance outcomes within appetite.
Be a key support to the incumbent Risk Manager and Senior Risk Manager, RAMS residential mortgage portfolio

Knowledge & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline desirable.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with credit policy writing, review and governance processes involving secured lending.
General risk management and credit policy experience in a consumer portfolio.
Ability to produce data driven insights and recommendations.
Ability to represent Credit Risk and work with peers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
