Day-to-day responsibility for monitoring real estate debt investments, in particular Southern Europe and Greece
Regular accurate reporting to Portfolio Managers of investment performance and early identification of any potential issues, with a key focus on cash flow and capex project management
Working with internal risk, operations and business development teams ensuring accurate flow of information and meeting deadlines for various reporting and administration proceedings
Supporting Portfolio Manager on assessments of new opportunities
Maintaining investment folders and ensuring accuracy of data for all investments
Expected travel to Southern Europe including Greece to maintain and manage property assets
Visiting properties and assisting with preparation for site visits
Preparing portfolio review materials
Monitoring business plans and performance against investment objectives and updating cashflow projections
On-boarding investments into proprietary systems
Interaction with clients and industry contacts
Awareness and compliance with regulations and company policies
Language skills, essential to be fluent in Greek and English (both verbally and in writing)
3 - 5 years' experience in real estate asset management, experience in Greek and / or Spanish real estate is ideal
Relevant degree (Business / Finance / Economics / Building Surveying etc.) from a top flight university
Skilled in MS Office Suite, particularly strong in word, excel, power point
Numerate with detailed mind set
