Tikehau's Special Opportunity (TSO) team is active in both Secondary and Private Credit in Europe. Reporting to the Head of Tactical Strategies and the TSO Portfolio Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a visible and direct impact on this growing strategy and the Company. The role will also involve working closely with the Associates and Analysts in the team. Responsibilities include:
Structuring and making investment recommendations for the dedicated fund;
Sourcing transactions and leading Special Ops deals;
Negotiating terms and deal structures;
Performing deep due diligence;
Preparing and presenting investment recommendations for Investment Committee;
Managing all aspects of the deal through to completion.
Minimum of 7 years' experience with previous roles in Special Situations or Buy Side Private Credit. Restructuring/Workout experience would be a plus
Leverage Finance experience could also be considered
Strong Due Diligence and Analytical skills
Strong track record of deal execution and monitoring in Europe (including sponsor less transactions)
Ability to source transactions will be valued
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and another European Language (French would be a plus)
