Reporting to the head of Treasury Service Regional Payments Product, the person will be required to manage a set of core payments product portfolio, continually innovating and enhancing services to provide value added and efficiency to clients? overall payables needs. The person will need to work closely with Treasury Services (TS) product managers regionally and locally, and partner with Sales, Technology, Operations and other stakeholders to manage the investment cycle as well as delivery for TS.
? Responsible for regional payments product P&L ; to manage and commercialize payments product portfolio assigned ? Identify, innovate and develop product opportunities based on client asks, sales insights, industry evolvement and competitive landscape ? Support country, regional and global sales to drive revenue, brings regional consistency to product?s process and services with competitive advantage ? Ensure product and procedures are adhering to regulatory guidelines as well as good management of product risks ? Manage and prioritize technology investment funding and represent product management in all technology releases ? Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the rollout of key initiatives ? Good partnership and work closely with Sales, Bankers, Operations, Technology, Legal & Compliance
? Degree holder or higher with major in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines ? At least 8 years of relevant product development or management experience in payments, receivables and liquidity ? Knowledge of regional payment landscape and systems is preferred ? Proven track record in product delivery, management and commercialization ? Good understanding of Technology and Operations is preferred ? Good exposure and experience in working with FinTech or third party vendors is preferred ? Ability to manage and discuss with senior management and clients ? Energetic, self-starter with ability to multi-task and interface with different stakeholders to deliver product objectives ? Well-versed in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ? Strong in communication, both verbal and written
