A senior advisor role supporting internal clients and partnering closely with the bank's Sourcing and Vendor Management (SVM) organization on regulatory outsourcing and other procurement contracts with external vendors
A role providing strategic legal advice on issues such as outsourcing, data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, representations, warranties, governing law and termination

Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state and in good standing
Outstanding legal and problem solving skills and exercise of judgment with high ethical and control standards
Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and time management skills which enables you to establish and efficiently maintain positive relationships with clients and maintain deadlines
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Hardworking, ambitious with ability to coordinate with a variety of personalities as part of a regional and worldwide team in a fast paced environment
