The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
To develop and ensure coordination of timely and effective training to all collection personnel with respect to existing products, new products/initiatives.
To initiate and arrange training programs for the team as per requirements
Assist in the development of training kit for new joiners
To evaluate and obtain feedback on training programs rolled-out and to ensure that the training objectives are met.
Assessing knowledge levels by obtaining feedback through training assessments, quiz, tests etc
To implement systems and processes for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs delivered
To be the custodian of personal development plan for officers in collection and to track progress against agreed timeframes
To design, develop and execute suitable performance management and check on effectiveness of each program.
Manage collector& recovery scorecard training needs for collectors
To initiate, review and manage an effective Incentive program to enhance the performance of the team without impacting the budgeted Cost. Also, to ensure that all possibilities of ambiguities or shortcomings in this initiative are over managed with appropriate controls in place
To assist in managing award programs, stress busters aimed at improving staff motivation/efficiency
To assist in the smooth implementation of Operational Risk processes, procedures and policies
To ensure that centre is compliance with respect to Audit Requirements.
To manage complaints reduction across all products in collections.
Create avenues to channelize news, views and happenings in the unit.
Create and innovate forums which could bring in change in working life, balance by stress busters
Create an enthusiastic environment across unit to increase employee engagement
BA degree in banking/financing/economics or relevant
