Manage a team of supervision support analysts who provide dedicated support to the Supervision department. Be responsible for team's productivity, quality of service, performance and development. Also be a liaison between the Supervision leadership and support teams to help achieve organizational goals.
Keep track and monitor team's performance - productivity, quality and turnaround time. Be responsible for staff development by providing regular feedback and complete performance appraisals for team members. Stakeholder management: Be the face of the team in discussions with stakeholders. Be the first point of contact for any escalation from stakeholders and provide resolution to situations which may occur during operations Operational responsibilities: Provide reporting on the team's performance with a scorecard that includes capacity modelling and other valuable metrics. Team Engagement: Work with the team to maintain high engagement and help create a positive working culture. Lead transition of new team functions. Discuss and analyze with stakeholders projects/processes that will help the Supervision department achieve their overall goals.
Master's degree or equivalent 7- 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience in the risk management industry Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills Excellent excel skills Sound knowledge of Financial Products and industry
Having Compliance background will be added advantage. MS PowerPoint, MS Word experience will be added advantage.
