The Growth Manager in Risk as a Service will join a leading, entrepreneurial and collegial team within the Asset Manager Platform business that is responsible for the strategy, execution and marketing of a suite of innovative pricing, risk and trade management tools across all asset classes and financial instruments.

This opportunity requires a motivated candidate to help evolve the business strategy by defining, capturing and analysing business-level KPIs and user metrics, assessing the competitive landscape of other institutional vendors and FinTech firms, and working closely with clients in understanding their needs and industry trends. The candidate will also play a significant role in creating and driving partnerships with internal teams to ensure we deliver a truly industry-leading set of products for our clients.
Work on the intersection of product management, business development and sales
Be part of a new business initiative within J.P. Morgan that will create a significant revenue stream for the firm and influence the commercialization and go-to-market strategy of the service
Play a lead role in the client acquisition process from pre-sales, sales to ongoing client relationship management
Define business objectives and KPIs to measure success and drive evolution of our product including revenue stream optimization, client usage and experience and other factors
Partner with the Sales team to shape the pricing model and monetization approach for Risk as a Service
Partner with other product groups in the organization to identify and execute on joint commercial opportunities across the Asset Manager Platform
Perform continuous competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends in Fintech
Collaborate closely with the functional product development team to prioritize, define and deliver product features to build a client-facing risk management product with a focus on real-time risk management and analytics across all asset classes
Facilitate workshops with our clients (asset managers, hedge funds, private banks, investment banks) to understand their needs in order to help identify our product-market fit and shape the future roadmap
Proactively identify partnership opportunities with other high-performing teams (product leads, strategy, cross-channel teams e.g. the mobile or API team) within the firm to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank
Experience working on digital products as a product manager,salesperson or business strategist
Proven trackrecord of taking an idea from inception to delivery or successfullycommercializing a B2B SaaS business
Excellent communicationand presentation skills, comfortable pitching to C-suite audience at a clientas well as negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and selling a visionto any level or audience
High levelof emotional intelligence, e.g. empathy to our clients and users, convergingdifferent sets of agendas to drive towards a single outcome, establish trust inour key partners
