Job Description MFS Investment Management is seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Program Coordinator in their Boston, MA headquarters. In this role you will work closely with the Production Project Manager to provide management of programs that support sales and marketing. You will support initiatives through effective delivery of printed collateral, PDF collateral, promotional items, event hardware, stationery and various programs within Marketing Operations.
Manage the day-to-day administration of literature items with MFS's literature fulfillment vendor including item set up, monitoring literature orders, responding to inquiries, monitoring inventory levels, and reviewing reports to ensure the delivery of compliant material.
Provide consultation to all marketing groups and internal business partners to assist in successfully executing projects and campaigns. Ensure that all proper item information is accurately provided.
Monitor all service levels and quickly respond to any issues that arise. Work closely with FedEx and other shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide expertise in defining reprint quantities as needed. Run reports that show trends and historical activity.
Aid in driving initiatives that will advance the level of service of literature distribution within marketing operations, including technology initiatives.
Responsible for external vendor portal. Ensure that all item information is correct, current, properly categorized and provides comprehensive guidance for all items.
Ensure that all regulatory material such as prospectus, shareholder reports, SAI, etc. are delivered in a timely manner to meet our requirements.
Develop effective and robust analytics that will help determine our marketing efforts including usage, costs, categorization and execution.
Manage various marketing programs such as the Edward Jones holiday card program, hand-writing service, stationery products, MFS company store.
Manage the event hardware program with external vendor. Provide comprehensive coordination of banners, booths and signage with internal events team, sales support and marketing.
Provide adequate backup to print production by having a full understanding of print production process, vendor management, SLA's, digital print and commercial print.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of financial services experience - preferably in a role coordinating marketing programs such as marketing fulfillment.
Superior organizational and project management ability; attention to detail.
Knowledge of the MFS organization, including the appropriate management.
Ability to work well under pressure and strong decisions making and problem solving ability.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
