The Role Responsibilities
To manage the operations of the Fund Services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to internal and external customers and meeting objectives set by the Group using available resources allocated while maintaining operational risk to an accepted level.
To control the day-to-day operational functions of fund administration for portfolios in Securities Services and obtain the following objectives: 1) Adhere to the established controls and procedures. 2) Provide quality client's service, response to client queries promptly. 3) Ensure accuracy and completeness of client investment records maintenance. 4) Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients within the agreed deadline. 5) Be cost-effective. 6) Optimize utilization of resources. 7) Ensure Zero Defects in BAU
To assist the Head Securities Services Operations in leading the Fund Services to achieve service quality by meeting / exceeding and set service standards and achieving zero defect for the Bank customers.
