As a Communications Manager working within our team, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business unit leader. You are a self-starter who can operate with minimal direction, take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem solving. With this position, collaboration is key - you will build partnerships and engagement from internal and external stakeholders while moving business forward which requires artful orchestration between program goals, client managers, and the clients themselves to drive the execution of client facing solutions.

Qualifications Responsibilities will include:
Own and drive project management function within business unit - working cross functionally to optimize program delivery and execution
Serve as relationship manager for internal and external stakeholders, convene collaboration meetings while working to build and manage sub-committees to drive toward delivery
Support ongoing business intelligence: research, reporting, recommendations
Business Development: grow and capture program impact within SVB ecosystem, continually on the hunt for smart integrations while telling the impact story along the way
Message development and integration - shaping and customizing Access messaging and strategy to better align with market demands
Web and media integrations: good eye for branding and messaging to make recommendations on program expansion/enhancements
Budgetary management and oversight
Making decisions on relationship management with internal (SVBers of all levels) and external (philanthropic and client relationships) stakeholders
Identify and vet opportunities to bring on new corporate and philanthropic partners to advance our mission (through sponsorships, partnerships, donations, and investments)
Building, expanding, and refining program and business unit infrastructure to optimize efficiency
This individual needs to have good instincts, and great relationship management skills
Deliver on events and special projects as requested
