We are looking for a DC Client Strategy Director who will hold a key relationship role & be responsible for the Management and Development of relationships with our DCFM and Master Trust clients. The successful applicant will contribute internally to ensure effective development, delivery and positioning of competitive DC solutions as well as externally as a market recognised professional and advocate for SEI with integral participation in sales agendas.
What you'll do:
You will lead on all aspects of SEI service delivery to clients as the primary contact and client advocate within SEI.
You will identify SEI's DC clients emerging needs and inform the DC Proposition Team
You will help SEI's DC clients to devise and deliver member communication strategies
You will advise clients on investment strategy including default strategy and investment options where required
Represent SEI through participation in roundtable events, seminars, conferences, media interviews and help develop thought leadership in areas of strategic interest to DC clients.
Support the sales process of converting new business opportunities into new clients, including participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings
Develop effective relationships with clients and their professional advisers
What you'll bring to the table:
You will have significant client facing DC experience & bring your strong technical knowledge including DC and Investment knowledge
Previous experience of working within institutional asset management is preferred
Hands on experience and knowledge of the products and services pertinent to the Defined Contribution landscape
