You a challenging senior position and leadership opportunity within the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) team, the in-house center of competence in risk matters for the Private Banking markets of Russia, Israel, Eastern Europe and Central Asia
You have the opportunity to work in risk related projects and to be an important sparring partner for the Front units and all business area (BA) functions in dealing with operational and reputational risks of BA Emerging Europe
In collaboration with central risk functions you contribute to the continuous evolution of the Risk and Control (R&C) Framework of the Emerging Europe business, develop and implement central initiatives and best practice standards for the BA, as well as support to identify, analyze and mitigate overarching risk patterns
You contribute to the risk related committees of the BA, you sound input with stakeholders and drive follow up actions
You cover the business risk management needs of the BA Emerging Europe units and act as SME for specific risk related topics

A completed university degree or equivalent (preferably in the areas of business administration, economics or law)
You have a proven track record of at least 7 years of experience, thereof more than 4 years in Business Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Consulting, Audit or in a Front position within Private Banking
You possess sound experience in leading impactful projects, tackling complex issues and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization
You have the ability to perform excellent stakeholder management and to establish and maintain trusted relationships at senior management level
You are a team player with strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a can-do attitude and a structured, solution oriented approach
You are highly engaged and able to prioritize your own workload on a daily basis and you know how to work under pressure with a high attention to detail
You are proficient in English (written and spoken) and ideally speak Russian. Further languages are of advantage.
