Proposition manager's role is to identify, design, develop and own customer centric propositions to support AXA entities and other clients.
Main missions are :
Be responsible for the new propositions implementation from the story identification to the delivery to the client entity (leveraging all necessary teams internally including innovation, marketing, product and front office ..) for several AXA entities in Europe. Ensure best trade of between Architas profitability, scalability, simplicity and innovation. Ensure full compliance with internal governance as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
Own the existing Architas propositions for these entities and provide the necessary follow up and support internally and to our clients
Develop an understanding of retail wholesale and UL local market needs leveraging existing group knowledge and externals AM partners
Lead (or support innovation team when appropriate) the Local Offer forum of these countries, lead the European regional offer forum and contribute to the Asian regional forum when required
Contribute to the creation of a global organisation through sharing of best practises and leveraging of existing services/products
Coordinate the integration of ESG in our processes and in the Group
Act as a responsible gatekeeper : identify critical issues and risks, report them in a timely manner and suggest remediation actions
Lead the coordination with AXA IM on the offer side
Skills and experience :
Over 5 years of experience in the investment industry
Large knowledge of available products and services available in the market
Fluent in English
Good project management skills
Ability to build trust and long term relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
Have the right level of drive to mobilise, federate and engage: ability to take and drive initiatives
Must have influence and change management skills to navigate environments with functional reporting and requiring to collaborate actively
Must have synthetic skills and ability to draw the big picture, must be structured and well organised
Must be rigorous in relation to regulatory and compliance dimensions
Ability to turn complex concepts into simple sales pitches
Be a true team player with a "One AXA mindset" : ability to share and get colleagues to share best practices and client knowledge to collectively succeed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering an environment of team work and trust
