Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA! Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners
Execute and deliver quality and effective training to different target participants (including but not limited to prospects, financial planners, and other stakeholders that are aligned with Company's KPI
Develop and maintain programs by specifying training objectives, content, activities and methods in program design/plan to meet with the identified training needs
Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their applications after the program
Review course evaluation for further enhancement or improvement
Participate in the development of long-term plans, training structure, organization, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training mission
Conduct data mining on information/data/resources relating to section's training activities, and report findings in regular reports
Prepare regular reports on training activities to management according to the guidelines given
Participate in new business initiatives / project arising from the department's strategic/operational business plan
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Delivery of quality training programs
Post course evaluation
Quality program development and trainer's guide
Attainment of key result areas specified in training courses and projects assigned
Completion of assignments in good quality and meeting deadlines
Turnaround time and quality output on ad hoc projects
Meeting Customer Satisfaction Standard
Drive digitalization in training
Communicate with external vendor on training/projects issues
Duration of the program is from 24 to maximum 36 months depending on learning progress
The program will follow a Structured Development Roadmap to focus on grooming successful candidates to be familiarized to agency cultural, fundamental training skills, insurance knowledge, specified agency related training module and management skills
Mentorship by experienced training managers with "sit in-drill-co-train", periodic review and 1 to 1 mentor-mentee reflection section will be provided to program participants
Pioneering digital and media projects exposure
Rotation within Agency Business Development Function stream during program period
University / tertiary education qualification with around 4 years of experience in training, sales & service, finance/insurance industry; Candidates with less years of experience will also be considered; offer title would be as Senior Training Associate / Training Associate depending on experiences and interview performance
Fresh graduates in Business / Finance related principles and candidates without financial / agency training background but obtains frontline training experience would also be considered
Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation
Good presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
Knowledge in insurance industry would be an advantage but not necessary
PC skills in office operating software
Proactive with good common sense
Mature, customer service oriented, willing and able to learn, team player, trustworthy
