An excellent opportunity has recently arisen within the London Real Estate Team for an individual to utilise their skills. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with supporting the relationship managers in processing transactions and facility amendments through to completion.
The successful individual will be proactively involved in the management of administrative and monitoring tasks, report drafting liaising with clients and internal teams in relation to client data and account opening requirements.
Possessing excellent knowledge of the UK Real Estate market you will assist the business areas with appropriate credit documentation and analysis as required. The successful candidate will attend client meeting with relationship managers and manage client queries resolving where possible.
Ideally you will hold a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent and or ideally have a globally recognised certificate in business. Knowledge of Islamic Finance is highly desirable.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the role will involve inter-departmental and external client interaction, an opportunity to be a proactive member of the Real Estate team and wider bank.
