To support the production and writing of RFPs/DDQs/RFIs/Surveys and Awards submissions across the Wholesale and Institutional business for Real Estate strategies.

Key Responsibilities for this role:
Responsible for delivery of high-quality RFPs and DDQs on the client's funds to institutional and wholesale investors for their designated asset class(es)
Liaising with, investment specialists, directors, content writers, compliance, performance and risk departments etc and a variety of other sources within the client to ensure responses are optimal and tailored appropriately
Learning to utilise competitor research produced within the team to ensure correct messaging within RFP responses
Role also involves wider team projects involving the content database as well as ad-hoc projects to build the team's profile around the business.
Learn about the needs of our clients - be they internal sales teams or the investors in our funds
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
We are looking for you to have strong working experience of Asset Management with the ability to demonstrate initiative to improve RFP processes and content. Knowledge of Q&A databases is preferred (RFPIO). You will ideally be IMC qualified or working towards this or other relevant qualifications. Proficient in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
