Barings Campus Recruiting Team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. This position will be located in Charlotte, NC and will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for the execution of campus recruiting full life-cycle
Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
Foster strong relationships with candidates, campus contacts, internal stakeholders and the team
Work closely with HR team to create a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to accomplish demand for Summer Intern program goals
Connect with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for Summer Intern programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system; provide ad hoc reports on our recruiting efforts
Partner with HR team to help communicate and facilitate the on boarding process
Maintain detailed documentation on each interview process
Help refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we scale
Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of related experience
Proven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced professional environment
Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
Ability to build strong relationships and network with candidates and internal leadership
Flexible self-motivated team player
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload
Show initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
Experience in event planning a plus
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Job requires willingness to travel (25% or greater during peak seasons)
