Theposition of Sr. Specialist marketing communication will be a key member of the Segmentmarketing team executing strategy in support of the North AmericanDistributions strategic initiatives and business goals, including brandawareness, client acquisition and customer engagement. This position requiressomeone with strong project management skills, excellent communications skillsand a curiosity to learn and grow in the role.
Execute against moderately complexprojects related to marketing and communication efforts within a variety ofchannels.
Establish and maintain solid workingrelationships with internal teams in all aspects of the investment managementbusiness as well as the center and external vendors.
Own communication strategy forchannel centric marketing activities.
Responsible for creating strategy,assets, segmentation and deliver in a variety of mediums.
Metrics reporting on campaigns andinitiatives.
Create methodologies and bestpractices for increasing engagement against campaigns and initiatives.
Strong writing and communications skills.
Highly developed client relationshipskills in order to service a variety of internal client types and needs withina demanding, fast paced environment, while maintaining a high degree ofprofessionalism.
Demonstrates working knowledge ofindustry/segment trends, market climates and competitive activities.
Adheres to policies and proceduresand is familiar with company practices, including compliance, ethics andinternal processing systems.
Self -starter that can approachtasks with limited oversight and has the ability to trouble shoot and problemsolve for near and long-term solutions.
Excellent time management andprioritization skills.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalentcombination of work experience required.
5+ years of related experiencepreferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry ispreferred.
