We are looking to hire a Team Assistant & Business Development Support role to support the Treasury Services tram in Singapore
This person will manage the schedules of a busy team to include arranging regular international travel arrangements, meetings and agendas
Organizing events and conferences both domestically and within APAC
Manages expenses claims and reimbursements
Presentation development and report writing
Present sales metrics for global presentations and supports business development analytics, tracks individual targets and may connect with relationship managers
Collaborate with other Team Assistants and Executive Assistants internationally to coordinate meetings
Assists in performing core activities supporting the life cycle of sales, including technology product sales, implementations and demonstrations
Assists in supporting new business and ensures all client-related on-boarding aspects are completed to include client assessments and proposal development
Working with various teams across the bank to include legal, risk, compliance and HR as required
Participates and assists in market research to support pricing and profitability modeling and materials for marketing
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience supporting a busy sales team
Proven experience supporting a busy team on administrative tasks
Experience managing client events and assisting with client interaction
An understanding of the banking / financial services industry is highly advantageous
This ideal candidate will have up to 3 years' working experience
