We are looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to Senior Leaders within the Market Intelligence division based in New York. The duties of the Administrative Assistant will include but not be limited to the following: Â
What youâ€™ll do
Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Create and process expense reports
Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed
Participate in elements of the research process
Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations etc.) if required
Work on special projects as needed
Strong industry knowledge required; sector specific knowledge also preferred
Ability to strategically partner with investment team(s) to help alleviate workload and create efficiencies
Research and organize earnings calls and conference dates
Research and aggregate data as needed
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with all levels of staff
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Brokers to allow access for PM(s) and team
Demonstrate sustained top performance as a PM or IS admin assistant, exemplifying our Mission, Value and Standards
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Bachelorâ€™s degree preferred but not required
