BlackRock is seeking a motivated individual to join the U.S. iShares Operating team to be responsible for the governance, maintenance and oversight of the institutional sales and marketing material distribution platforms. In this role you will work closely with multiple teams within the U.S. iShares business including sales, marketing, product and sales management. Through this role you will directly impact the success of the iShares Institutional Sales business by ensuring materials are properly maintained, compliant and accessible. Primary responsibilities include managing two content distribution platforms; partnering with internal technology teams and external vendors for system improvements, large initiatives, and to resolve technology issues; establishing efficient protocols for the timely updating of content; closely coordinating with content creation and governance teams to ensure the right content is on the most appropriate platform; and providing training, audit and reporting functions
Governance of all aspects of the US iShares institutional sales content distribution platforms including uploading and deleting content.
Establish and oversee operational controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BlackRock policy
Support users by training new associates and providing ongoing assistance to resolve user issues.
Engage and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with business partners and promote efficient processes to ensure materials are current and in compliance
Perform ongoing audits of platform content and usage.
Devise and report metrics concerning new, existing and retired content, business requests and content usage.
Closely partner with sales, product and marketing, attend team meetings, assess stakeholder needs and notify stakeholders of new initiatives and content.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and technology tools.
BA/BS required with 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations or compliance.
Ability to assess and analyze risk and apply findings to improve processes.
Well organized and attentive to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Highly effective in cultivating working relationships with business partners.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with FlightDeck sales enablement software a plus.
