The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for the firm's overall objectives of enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of cybersecurity services to Deloitte member firms through regional delivery hubs and a Global Fusion Center. We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead for our Security Policy Management team to join this team.
The Service Delivery Lead (Security Policy Management) reports to the Shared Security Services Data Security Group Leader. The role focuses on the delivery of Security Policy Management Services to member firms. This involves knowledge of endpoint technologies, Cyber/Risk understanding, resource management, and delivery of high-touch customer service to all member firms throughout Deloitte.
Holds a broader picture of the Shared Security Service Delivery landscape and risk associated with this service
Assists with driving the creation and execution of the strategy for the Data Security Policy Management group
Is accountable for the delivery of all policy related exception requests within the Data Security Policy Management Service Group to Deloitte Global and member firms
Drives continuous improvement across the Services within the Security Policy Management group
Drives Data Security Policy Management Service Group objectives based on the global strategy and cyber risk landscape
Customer service role that oversees the day-to-day operation of services and resources within the Data Security Policy Management Service Group
Acts as a central escalation point for within the Data Security Policy Management Service Group
Understands the architecture, design and implementation of technology services within the Data Security Policy Management Service Group
Escalates key risks and issues to the Cyber Data Security Group Leader which need special attention or hold urgency
Oversees continuous improvement of Data Security Policy Management Service.
Responsible for monthly risk and audit reporting
Works closely with the End Point Technology Service Owner ensuring consistency and driving alignment across the organization
Liaises with member firm and DTTL management and technical teams to ensure member firm expectations are being met
A ligns and collaborates with other Service Cyber Owners within the Data Security, Risk Management, Infrastructure, and Cyber Defense group to understand trends, issues and risks and to exchange expertise

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security,International Cyber Security, or equivalent education-related experience
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in the Information Security /Cybersecurity domain with a focus on cyber security or risk management.
At least 3 years holding a management and/or leadership role.
Proven track record and experience of the following in a highly complexand global organization:
Endpoint Technologies (McAfee, Cylance, etc.)
Process creation and improvements
Client facing experience with ability to convert technical issues intobusiness language
Experience working with variety of cultures across the globe and have thepatience, understanding and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively
Professional security management certification required (at least 1active certification from any of the following), Certified Information SystemsSecurity Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM),Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials suchas any SANs certifications. More than 1certification is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal andcollaborative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate all securityservices within the realm of risk management, convey information securitytopics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technicaland nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
Experienceinteracting, presenting and working with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, etc.)and lower business management as well as technical management teams
Ability toaccurately convey customer feedback to other service owners under the DataSecurity Risk Services group
Ability toprovide process and service improvements in an effective and professionalmanner
Foundational knowledge and understanding of information security legaland regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Health InsurancePortability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), GDPR and Payment Card Industry/DataSecurity Standard
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such asISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the CybersecurityFramework
Abilityto travel as needed up to 10%
