Build client relationships with a regional portfolio of Intermediaries and drive the acquisition of new business. To achieve aspirational performance targets through proactive telephone contact to meet or exceed sales targets.
To meet or exceed sales performance targets, delivering revenue by compliant product distribution and cross-selling opportunities.
Set and execute a pro-active contact strategy for a portfolio of intermediaries to deliver the agreed revenue targets.
Proactively generate client leads for the Regional Senior Investment Sales Manager by securing appointments and attendees at events, and pro-actively to ensure client's expectations are delivered.
Build and maintain a portfolio of Intermediaries and act as the primary office based relationship manager as well as attending client meetings (no more than twice per quarter). Establish the appropriate levels of service with each Intermediary to ensure that both technical and value add service is delivered. Obtain an in depth understanding of their business needs.
Full FPC or IMC or equivalent or studying towards qualification
Strong investment knowledge and a clear understanding a variety of products.
Detailed knowledge of Intermediaries/IFA's and their business drivers. Have a clear understanding of competitors and market dynamics.
Asset Management experience is required for this role.
