The Role Responsibilities
As part of the Group Content & Campaigns team, act as the Malaysia lead on the creation of engaging designed content assets for external and internal Group campaigns, including banners, infographics and social media assets
Working with the GBS Polish Design Lead to manage the Content & Campaigns design workload effectively across the European and Asian time zones
Provide ad hoc design support for key Content & Campaigns presentations to the MT or CABM MT
Oversee the organisation and art-direction of photo shoots (which will include foreign travel)
Manage the image library for Content & Campaigns and support on the roll-out of a new digital asset management platform across the Group
Manage the relationships with external design agencies, ensuring the delivery of all design output for Content & Campaigns is on brand and meets quality standards
Act as an advisor on design best practice, help to upskill the team, and be the first point of call for all brand and design related queries in Content & Campaigns
Act as a coach to the GBS Malaysia Design Support resource

Our Ideal Candidate
A minimum of six years' experience working in a similar role
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and awareness of industry trends
A good understanding of all key delivered channels across print, digital and video
Experience art directing photo shoots
Adobe Creative Suite fluency, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within a demanding environment
An excellent understanding of what makes communications effective
Ability to challenge stakeholders
Able to work across Mac and PC
Good all-round communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
