The Role and Responsibilities
Develop and lead cyber communication program, blogs, and presentations to strengthen the Bank's awareness of threats and maintain a positive reputation with employees, partners, consumers and government stakeholders
Drive a proactive and creative communications events and engagement strategy in line with the group corporate strategy and communication plans.
Lead the upskilling of communications ability across the organisation as the centre of excellence and organise relevant training for relevant stakeholders.
Plan and manage communication changes within the Programme and among various initiatives
Manage and leverage Third Parties related to communications and engagement.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of communications tools through the usage of internal media and other channels including the development of videos and other multi-media communication tools.
Support and drive communication for the Account Executive for the RB ICS programme as an influential leader.
Consistently prepare and promote key stories through the internal communications channels across the region via Product Owner initiative updates.
Work closely with the relevant stakeholders including business heads to develop an integrated communications plan that will incorporate the full array of internal platforms and external tools including media and digital content.
Create highly-sharble content for internal and external platforms
Manage internal communications across all sites of the RB ICS programme
Advise on communication opportunities and techniques (Promotes the use of management. communication platforms).
Drive internal communications in collaboration with HR to build brand aligned culture and Employee Value Proposition.
Develop content and cascade company communications to foster greater awareness of group-wide initiatives across markets.
Work with Events and Sponsorship team to support initiatives from the media aspect.
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous working experience as Senior communications specialist for 5+ years
Previous experience in Cyber communications and engagement highly preferred
Highly articulate, with persuasive verbal and excellent written communication skills
Digitally savvy in leveraging new mediums and formats to drive results and ability to produce engaging materials
Strong people skills with the ability to influence and to build strong partnerships with all levels of staff across multiple disciplines and diverse cultures
Strong MS powerpoint skills
Serve as a facilitator and provide solution for peaceful resolution of disputes
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Hands-on and motivated by challenging work
