Ensure compliance with the Bank's Wealth Management lending credit policies and guideline.
Regular monitoring and management of WM lending portfolio.
Support Credit Initiation, Product and Process team on all WM related matters.
The Role Responsibilities
Wealth Management Lending Risk and Policy, Portfolio Monitoring and Management
Identify, develop, review and implement Credit policies and guideline.
Ensure compliance with the Bank's credit policies and guideline.
Perform periodic WM lending account monitoring to identify accounts that are in shortfalls and/or excess positions. This entails a thorough review of the portfolio to ensure accuracy in identification.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the Bank to ensure required actions are all executed on a timely basis to remedy the accounts identified in shortfall/excess positions.
Review and reporting of client concentration risk. This needs to be performed timely and with the expected rigor to ensure no over concentration on any collateral for the portfolio.
Perform stress testing on the WM lending portfolio to identify key risk and determine as well as execute required actions in mitigation.
Review and provide assistance on redemption/ cancellation/ settlement of accounts.
Support and complete ORF related requirements on a timely basis.
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of LTV in the system.
Manage the account renewal process for all WM exposures. This needs to be done timely with issue accounts taken up with the respective Relationship Managers for resolution before due dates.
Assist Group Policy and Portfolio Management Group in all WM related queries and requirements.
Collaborate with the WM Product and Process teams to ensure growth strategies are evaluated and implemented responsibly.
