Post-sales: Support developers already part of pre-install program
Pre-sales: Provide technical guidance in discussions with existing and new developers, and project managers
Work with Hong Kong, China and internationally based developers, supporting a whole suite of sophisticated fintech, banking and financial services trading solutions/ platforms.
Solid experience of global support of fintech/ trading applications
Provide first-line local and global support for trading applications;
Monitor SLA metrics according to customers' agreements and internal regulation;
Escalate technical issues for troubleshooting;
Provide technical training, end-user training, and perform system configuration/administration;
Identify requirements, analyse and offer solutions to end-users;
Perform system installation, patch installation and system upgrade during non-trading hours;
Plan, execute and support the implementation activities such as assisting user acceptance test and pre-implementation trial, conducting user training, performing system installation, data conversion & cut over activities;
Work with on-shore and off-shore developers to design, develop, test and deploy trading applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in basic programming or solid application support for Android, Java or Web applications Fluent in English (Written & speaking)
5 years of relevant work experience, including experience working with third parties or partners.
Working experience with Microsoft SQL server;
Previous experience in supporting financial services trading platforms such as Fidessa, Latent Zero, Eikon, Banclogix, Thomson Reuters/ Refinitive, Bloomberg etc, is a definite advantage;
Strong analytic and problem-solving skill;
Good command of both spoken and written English is a must (Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred but not a pre-requisite)
Experience interacting with external clients and internal stakeholders of all levels.
Should have JAVA, C#, +NET applications-based support exposure.
5 days working week
Stable 09.00 to 18.00 pm working hours, Mon – Fri
