The Role Responsibilities
Primary contact for Group Finance and Global Reconciliation Hub on Reconciliation initiatives
Define a standard reconciliation model for SS products
Define a roadmap for the implementation of the standard reconciliation model across the SSO countries and GBS
Lead the implementation and operationalisation of Reconciliation initiatives across Securities Services Operations
Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
Provide support and guidance to Countries and Hubs.
Coordinate, as appropriate, with all stakeholders and business areas.
Primary contact for Group Product and Compliance on Regulatory Changes
Assess the impact and applicability of regulatory changes on SS products
Identify required changes in systems and processes to comply with regulatory changes
Lead the implementation and operationalisation of these changes
Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
Provide support and guidance to Countries and Hubs
Coordinate, as appropriate, with all stakeholders and business areas
Our Ideal Candidate
Candidate must have minimum 5 years of Securities Services Operations experience; ideally with large global bank
Very strong understanding of SS environment, the nature of services / products provided
Strong project management & organisational skills - p roven experience in developing detailed plans and the co-ordination of many dependencies and priorities in a complex, large-scale deployment environment .
Ability to manage senior stakeholders
