The Role Responsibilities
Strategy: To design and deliver
FCC Trade Learning Strategy for CFCC and the Trade frontline teams and
Sanctions Learning Strategy for CFCC and the business segments CCIB/ Retail / PvB
Conduct Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC)
Processes; Responsible for developing and implementing FCC Trade and Sanctions training across frontline and support functions
Design, develop, deliver FCC Trade and Sanctions training programs to meet the training needs of the business.
Develop/refresh training courses/materials to support closing of capability gaps.
Supervise the preparation of FCC Trade and Sanctions training metrics and management reporting by Learning Ops
Identify the different needs and requirements of different employee segments for customization of training programs accordingly.
Design an FCC Trade and Sanctions training plan to ensure training programs are rolled-out effectively, successfully and in a timely manner
Develop communications strategies and plans that deliver timely and relevant messages to the right stakeholders through appropriate activities and channels.
Ensure that the end to end CADDIE process is implemented with proper learning governance
People and Talent
Ensure the FCC Trade and Sanctions training roadmap is a part of the staff development roadmap for targeted roles in CFCC and across the business segments
Risk Management (Responsibilities Under Risk Management Framework - both execution and supervisory)
Ensure that the TNA, training content and target audience are signed off by accountable parties in line with the Learning Standards and agreed delivery timelines are adhered to.
Governance Execute Learning Governance, Frameworks and Models
Deliver effective FCC Trade and Sanctions training programs to meet the training needs of the business under proper CADDIE governance - CORE
Liaise with the appropriate CFCC and business SMEs to evaluate the impact on FCC Trade and Sanctions training content of products, services, geographies and customer segments of the bank that might be vulnerable to FCC and regulatory risks - Advanced
Manage FCC and CDD Training Relationships
Participate in regulatory and supervisory meetings and consultations regarding CFCC training matters - CORE
Project/Change Management Communication: Communication Plan: Define clear communication plans that outline the key communication stakeholders, activities, channels and frequencies - CORE Training:
Training Needs Assessment: Implement training needs assessment to address capability gaps - Advanced
Training Strategy: Develop training strategy to support capability gaps - Advanced
Training Plan: Define clear training plans that outline the key training activities, curriculum, timeline, stakeholders, milestones and deliverables - Advanced

Our Ideal Candidate
Prior experience of working in in areas of FCC/ CDD Learning. Excellent knowledge of Financial Crime and CDD policies and processes and the ability to draft technical training content based on the bank's internal policies, procedures and processes
Excellent Instructional Design knowledge and skills
Experience of dealing with various contributors to training including internal and external contributors
Analytical skills applied to training needs
Excellent communication skills
Possesses sound working knowledge of MS Office suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
