VP – Director, Real Estate Capital Markets (Buyside firm), Singapore based

Responsibilities would include: 

• Exposure is high and you are expected to be very hands on in this role with some junior support
• Participating in end-to-end transactions, and full transaction execution responsibilities including liaising with layers, documentations, negotiations with legal advisers, working with 3rd party advisers
• Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, involvement in project management, execution - work with different teams  
• Contributing to external documents such as term sheets, offering / info memos, and prospectuses as well as the preparation and coordination of internal approval documents and credit memos
• Oversee real estate investments and the build up of the real estate portfolio here in Singapore
• Good technical skills, credit and financial analysis
• IPO/ ECM experience to lead deals

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, buyside and preferable in real estate
• IPO and capital markets experience is mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree  
• Team Player
• Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
• Strong problem solving skills
• Detail oriented, highly motivated with a strong record of academic achievement 
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT
