The Digital & Platform Change team within CIB Operations was established to implement Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions in APAC. IA comprises of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Transformation/Analytics and Optical/Image Character Recognition (OCR/ICR) tools that enhance efficiency and controls by automating manual processes.
Collaborate with Operations Senior Stakeholder on getting sponsorship, buy-in, detailed requirements for implementing the Intelligent Automation Strategy in APAC CIB Operations
Perform Proof-Of-Concepts with individual teams using self-service IA tools such as Alteryx
Partner with Technology teams for RPA-based development such as Symphony ChatBOT
Manage project documentations and tracking throughout the development lifecycle according to existing IA governance
Enhance and/or maintain the APAC Digital Catalog (internal) website interface and content
Evaluate upcoming innovation tools in the market to improve existing product offering
Perform regular management updates and communication to the wider internal audience for new developments or releases
Degree or Diploma Holder
Experience using Alteryx, RPA or Tableau expertise is a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint
Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
Strong command in English (written, oral and presentation). Proficiency in other regional Asian Languages is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to assimilate broad-ranging information quickly and to distill it into key points, while communicating clearly
Self-starter, curious on innovation and hands-on ability to learn newer products in the industry
At least 3 years of coding, operations, consulting or project management experience within Financial Services or similar domain preferred
