Job Description Overall purpose of the role:
Contribute to the origination, arrangement and execution of private or public securitisation transactions in accordance with GSCS Europe strategy and business plan.
Main responsibilities and duties of the role:
All actions where appropriate to this position must be compatible with Natixis carrying out business in accordance with the FCA Principles for Business which are available on the FCA website and detailed in the Natixis UK compliance manual:
Marketing securitisation products to the client base (either issuers or investors) through production of pitch books and idea generation
Supporting the structuring/execution of private or public securitisation transactions, including cash flow modelling, production of certain documents including term sheets
Analysing credit risk of various type of asset portfolios and preparing credit application under supervision
Monitoring of the European securitisation market
Reporting to management on the progress of the business and specific issues
Contributing to new product development General responsibilities

- Detailed knowledge of cash flows modelling, financial engineering and rating agency ABS criteria - Excellent understanding of main securitization structures and markets - Direct experience on various credit structures, solutions technology and credit risk analysis - Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
