We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Business Risk and Control Management.
Perform Risks and Controls assessment
Ensure risks and controls are re-assessed whenever there are internal and external trigger events
Ensure risk and control descriptions are updated whenever there are process changes
Monitor risks through KRIs, trend analysis of incidents, and any other triggers
Proactively identify and document self-identified risk issues
Manage operational risk incidents with root cause analysis and evaluate adequacy of remediation actions and preventive measures
Perform control testing, thematic reviews
Perform oversight of control monitoring activities
Implement Group initiatives
Preparing reporting dashboards and papers for governance meetings and facilitate local forums
To dispute for the Chief Control Officer on any governance, risk or administrative matter as directed
Excellent working attitude
Good command of English language, interpersonal and communication skills
Audit experience will be advantageous
Knowledge and experience in operational risk will be a plus
Analytical, inquisitive, a keen eye for details
