Analyst or Associate, Capital Raising Project Management will support the equity raising activities of the firm, working closely with the existing team. He or she will assist in research projects and in the sourcing, due diligence and origination of new mandates, onboarding of clients, and the creation and maintenance of all external-facing materials. These will include marketing/pitch materials, data rooms, fund offering booklets and presentations.
Other aspects of the role are working directly with clients to draft offering memoranda and marketing materials, coordinating roadshow scheduling and logistics, preparing for due diligence meetings, managing the Salesforce CRM system and overseeing the quality of the fortnightly activity/status reports sent to clients.
Candidates should have 2-5 years' relevant work experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, good verbal communications and excellent written and spoken English. The successful candidate will be rigorous, highly organized, a self-starter, able to take initiative, manage upwards, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and work well independently and in a team. Candidates must possess some knowledge of and demonstrable interest in commercial real estate investment. The role requires management of multiple projects, often under time constraints or to deadlines, interaction with clients and great attention to detail. He or she will work closely with the Partners and will have the opportunity to engage directly in the fund formation process for leading private equity firms.
