Position: Client Support Analyst, Wealth Management (5 Months Contract)
Join an American MNC, which provides Private Banking, Asset Management, Treasury & Security Services, Private Wealth Management services and is one of the largest banks in the United States with a history dating back over 200 years.
Assist Client Service Team in preparing instruction/document for client's signature
Assist Client Service Team in downloading/retrieving the statement/advice/document for client reference
Assist Client Service Team in sending the regular update (e.g. deposit rate) to client
Assist Client Service Team in sending the ad hoc update to our bankers/investors
Assist Client Service Team in raising tickets to back office for processing client's instruction
Assist Client Service Team in preparing report for monitoring purpose
Preferably 3 years of Client Service support experience with Private Bank(s);
Working knowledge of Private Banking products and relevant operational processes
Understanding of KYC and account maintenance documentations, corporation action processes and cash /securities settlement requirements including relevant market practices.
Good oral and written communication skills, capable of dealing with other team members independently;
Possess judgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information;
Knowledge of all relevant systems and software packages including e-mail, Outlook, Excel, and other information sources;
Adaptable and able to work in a demanding and unpredictable environment;
Team player with the ability to work well with multiple bankers and other team members;
