Support on the planning of event sponsorships with the key objective to strengthen our brand and outstand from the fierce and highly competitive market. As the central party to coordinate and run customer events and programs of various nature to better engage customers/prospects of different segments.
To support the line managers to manage and work with different stakeholders in the execution of all public events sponsored by Prudential including but not limited to international sports events, concerts and entertainment shows
Evaluation of the sponsorship opportunities submitted by event organizers
Work with the team to explore and implement events for VIP/mass customers in accordance to segment initiatives
Maintain constructive relationship with partners to facilitate smooth collaboration and pave the way for upcoming opportunities
Support strategic marketing initiatives, e.g. retention, cross sell, member-get-members and leads driving customer activities
Monitoring of market trend and new moves of key competitors on sponsorship
Minimum 5 years of working experience (preferably in banking/insurance industry)
Solid experience in partnership management, marketing campaign and customer events
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Individual contributor with experience in managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external
Strong marketing sense, creative and attentive to details
Experience of applying digital platforms for customer events and advertising campaigns
