Engage with local India and Indonesia digital management teams to review the business and identify key strategic questions
Structure, define and execute data analysis to solve / respond to these
Identify areas that need to be investigated further to find the solution, such as through customer immersion, experimentation, and creative methods
Identify insights to engage with and support India and Indonesia digital leadership on improving business growth and health through: customer segmentation, increase conversion, balances / funding, reduce costs of acquisition
Recommending targeted campaigns to drive the above
Identify problem areas through customer feedback, investigate and analyse these areas through data, and provide data-based recommendations / solutions
Bachelor Degree ( in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering or equivalent quantitative fields preferred) with at least 5 years' experience in industry (consumer banking, digital business) analytics, data discovery and visualisation using various analytical tools
Strong programming skills, proficient in SQL, experience in at least several of SAS (Base, Stats, Macro, EG, EM), Hadoop, R, Python
Understanding of technology tools especially those related to digital analytics
Digital customer orientation, understanding of digital businesses and customer journeys
Analytical - thrives and is unrelenting on solving problems, trying different things, identifying patterns and investigating data, attention to detail
Ability to translate complex analysis through simple communication which anyone can understand. This is valued over making analysis, process, and output complex
