Managing a number of complex executive's calendars
Preparing reports and analysis of sales behaviours and results
Resolving diary clashes in an efficient manner and re-prioritising meetings
Preparing briefing documents for meetings
Printing, scanning, photocopying and binding board papers and documents for presentations where required
Ad-hoc administration and support for colleagues in the wider team
Compiling packs of relevant papers for executives as requested
Managing the agendas for key meetings and writing up notes and actions
Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
Managing budgets and expenses
Ability to manage occasional projects and campaigns advantageous

You can juggle diaries in your sleep. You will be an integral part of a team of 10 Sales Managers who have varied responsibilities and work from various locations but need to operate coherently as a team.
You enjoy a noisy and vibrant atmosphere where you can contribute to the sales buzz and feel good atmosphere
You get a kick out of admin. You love organising, whether it be booking flights, arranging visas, formatting, printing, presentations, or electronic filing. But you also know the order you need to get stuff done - great prioritising is the number one priority!
You are a natural communicator who works alongside the Head of Sales and Customer and contributes to the team understanding its regularly changing objectives and challenges
