Better requires process, discipline, and simplification We'll look to you to help us develop, manage, and maintain our global privacy program. You'll identify and oversee privacy initiatives, leading the execution on phases of enterprise-wide privacy projects through to completion. You'll also define, review and approve privacy-related components of business objectives and engage with management gaining commitment to privacy program changes.
We need to you have, at minimum, a bachelor's degree and some experience working on matters of privacy and data protection. A legal qualification (solicitor/barrister) in an EU country is preferred but not required. Working with EU/CIS Privacy Counsel, the EU Data Protection Officer, and the wider Privacy Team, you'll be able to use your ability to distil complex privacy concepts and advise on their practical implications, while demonstrating your knowledge of privacy law in the region (EU/CIS) . Your work will be varied, but will include managing data protection impact assessments, managing and responding to individual rights requests, and researching and advising on emerging and existing legislation. Knowledge of another European language would be useful in this role, but is not required.
