You lead and coordinate a team defining market, segment & client specific strategies and ensure their implementation
You ensure screening and analysis of Russia/Ukraine/Central Asia (CA) markets (both with external and internal data) to define and drive market development initiatives across all client segments and booking platforms
You act as partner for the market leaders to develop and implement market strategy and you regularly communicate to key partners through Market Management Council, as well as other reviews
You drive implementation of regulatory and market transformation initiatives for Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia, are involved in defining business rules, talking points, FAQs and align them across the bank
You translate Credit Suisse market specific strategies into Market Area actions and establish frameworks of periodic oversight
You are responsible to closely coordinate all client/prospect related activities for our markets across segments, teams, locations and divisions by aligning commitments from client facing employees servicing the market
You will be an ambassador of core markets across Credit Suisse, communicating the strategy and enforcing market relevant initiatives
You handle all key internal and external partners in the Russia / Ukraine / CA markets (>10 markets) within Credit Suisse and represent the entry point to the Market Management and Development (MDM) department through multiple communication and event platforms
You create an innovative environment by fostering collaboration within the team and across booking platforms, business divisions and regional management, actively supporting the Market Leader and aligning commitment from all employees serving the market
A completed university degree, preferably in Economics or Finance
You possess at least 7 years of professional experience, thereof over 4 years in Russian / Central Asian markets for Private Banking or the Financial Services Industry
You combine excellent analytical and conceptual skills with strong leadership qualities, excellent social skills and the ability to lead change and innovation effectively
You show self-motivation, flexibility and a solution-oriented approach with the willingness to take ownership
You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to cope simultaneously with different tasks in a fast-paced environment
You are a recognized "go to" partner with high social competence and customer orientation
You are fluent in English and ideally speak Russian
